As Global Head – Capital Real Estate, Transactions, Projects, Portfolio and Business Evaluation, Bobby has the primary responsibility for managing the end-to-end delivery of real estate analytics, which includes reviewing proposed transactions, developing financial models (pro-forma cash and P&L statements) for all Real estate strategies, plans, various strategic initiatives and BAU initiatives, articulate key drivers and economics of the proposals to respective stakeholders up to senior executives and manage the approval process.
