Do you run our facilities?
No. Framex is a consultancy. We advise, evaluate and provide assurance; where facilities operations are required you appoint a provider independently, and we can help you evaluate, select and oversee them under a separate mandate.
Can you audit a facility run by another provider?
Yes. Because we do not deliver operations ourselves, our assessments are independent of whoever runs the site.
What will we receive at the end?
A written report with findings, benchmarks where relevant, and a prioritised action plan agreed in the scope of work.
